The Startup Expo, organized at Gurgaon on 23 April 2016, was the largest ever initiative in India to bring together an ecosystem for startup success. Mr. Wolfgang Will is the Director of Lufthansa Passenger Airlines for South Asia. Based in New Delhi, he oversees Lufthansa’s commercial activities in the Indian market.
Mr. Will started his professional career with Lufthansa in 1981 and has since held numerous positions in administration, human resources, marketing and sales within the company. In 1989 he assumed the position of General Manager for Lufthansa Central Africa, based in Kinshasa, Zaire. Later on in July 1992, Mr. Will returned to Germany as Head of Sales for Lufthansa South Germany, based in Munich.
In September 1997, Wolfgang Will moved to Kassel, Germany, as Head of the Lufthansa Call Center, and subsequently relocated to Frankfurt to take over large-scale projects in human resources, information technology and sales. In September 2008, Mr. Will moved to Mexico City and took over as Director Mexico and Central America, overseeing the airline’s commercial activities in the region.

Shagun Nayyar is a business graduate and a CS dropout, Shagun began her entrepreneurial journey early 2015 and since then has always sided with the unconventional. Namrata Bostrom is the Co-Founder and CEO of POPxo, India’s largest content platform for young women. Combining her background in management consulting with a flair for marketing and branding, she started the platform with co-founder Priyanka Gill in 2014. Producing over 500 pieces of original content every month, POPxo’s articles and videos attract millions of women to its website and app. In 2015 alone, POPxo reached over 1.2 billion people via its hugely popular Facebook page.
Namrata spent the first few years of her career with the Boston Consulting Group in London where she advised global financial institutions and luxury retailers. She is passionate about startups and enjoys talking to and advising young entrepreneurs, sharing her experience of scaling up from concept to company.
Upasana’s mission is to simplify payment acceptance for retailers in India. Her current focus is to bring a million retailers into the MobiKwik payments network. She is also in charge of bank partnerships, business operations, and talent acquisition at MobiKwik. Upasana comes with a strong background in payments as a senior product manager with PayPal in the Silicon Valley and prior to that with HSBC in San Diego, US.

Smita Mishra is the Founder of PoolWallet - PoolWallet is a mobile peer-to-peer and group payments social network, which helps people plan and pool money together for movies, social causes, events, parties, group-gifting and trips. PoolWallet is aggregating multiple mobile wallets and payment systems in order to provide interoperability for seamless group payments and social experiences. She is also the CEO and Chief Test Consultant at QAzone Infosystems, which is a software testing organization.
She also engages with different forums to assist growth for women in her field and otherwise too.
Nishant Radia is the co-founder and CMO of Vidooly. With over 4 years of experience across product and marketing, he takes care of the strategy and business development at Vidooly, a video analytics & marketing company. Mandeep, bitten by entrepreneurial bug early in life, took the plunge right after B-school in 2009 by starting ReGlobe building innovative solutions around end of life product disposal & recycling.
Constantly on the lookout for finding innovative solutions to recover value from junk, Mandeep set up one of India’s first recycling facility to convert scrap tyres and rubber into fuel oil. The company made a successful exit from the business in late 2012.
In 2013, ReGlobe forayed into online re-ecommerce building an online platform which makes selling old electronic devices a simple affair by helping customers with price discovery and cash in hand with least amount of effort.
Geeta Goel is the Director of Mission Investing at the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, and is responsible for leading the foundation’s global Impact Investing function. The foundation has made over 30 catalytic investments across its India-based microfinance, health and education initiatives, and its U.S.-based education initiatives, in addition to supporting four early-stage funds and incubators in India and the U.S. to accelerate the funding of mission aligned companies in the areas of education and skill training.

Sahil is responsible for the complete product development and growth/retention strategies at dineout. He co-founded dineout in early 2012 and positioned it as the premier table reservation service in India. Currently, dineout is the largest table reservation platform in the country has grown to 8 cities and is seating more than 100,000 diners on a monthly basis.
